Rodovid Foundation receives grant from Amazon Web Services to cover hosting fees
The Rodovid Charitable Foundation has received a grant from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) to cover hosting fees of its projects. The grant to the tune of $1,000 in credits was provided under the AWS Credits Program for Nonprofits with the assistance from TechSoup Ukraine.
In line with the Program’s terms, the Foundation had to pay a $95 handling fee to TechSoup to qualify for the program.
The credits will be used to cover the hosting fees of the Rodovid genealogy website, which is administered by the Rodovid Foundation.
This grant will help us meet the goal of our ongoing fundraising effort to cover the hosting fees of Rodovid.org more easily.
Nonprofits can apply for the AWS Credits Program for Nonprofits each fiscal year (from July 1 to June 30) to cover on-demand services provided by the AWS.
